舞蹈好看。。。。。。
Fascist aesthetics in Hollywood musical films; transform people into things(dots, lines, and curves) to form certain patterns.
从人设到装造到叙事，都蛮符合我对那个年代歌舞片的刻板印象。最后三场歌舞才是真正的重头戏（有那么点为了蘸这三叠醋包了一大盘饺子的感觉，但就那三场歌舞，尤其是最后的水上场面调度，有绝对不止是简单的一叠醋）。看的时候不自觉想起同时期另一片大陆上Jean Vigo的水戏拍摄，有那么点豪气的大公司流水线对标预算被一压再压的年轻小导，大制作对比小成本的感觉，如果放一块看应该也挺有意思。
今天Cinema & Society课上的片子，歌舞片的祖宗之一。
看多了musical容易审美疲劳。。其实还是不错的片子
